Following are the Terms & Conditions that Candidate has to Agree
Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all the information submitted by the candidates.
The SheWins program does not guarantee any employment or future job opportunities. The aim is solely to enhance the skills of the participants.
Candidates must adhere to all rules and regulations of the organization, including training schedules and confidentiality requirements.
The training fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
The training is exclusively for females; no male participation is allowed except for management.
Any male found participating will be banned from all PITB training programs and reported to Police.
No lecture recordings will be provided.
No one is allowed to record the training session. Strict legal actions will be taken against anyone who record training.
Certificates will be awarded upon meeting the graduation criteria. Certification is based on attendance, performance, and evaluation of assignments during the training.
Candidates must maintain at least 80% attendance throughout the training program to receive a certificate. Falling below this threshold will result in a non-issuance of training completion certificate.
The training program lasts 5 weeks. However, the management reserves the right to terminate a candidate’s training at any stage if any kind of forgery or misconduct is found.
At any stage of training, any discrepancy in the information provided by the candidate will result in the cancellation of their application.
The management reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings as per rules in case of any forgery or breach of terms.
Candidates have to manage their own laptop, internet connections for training.
The management has the right to reschedule training if deemed necessary for the betterment of the program.
No stipend or financial benefit will be provided to candidates.
No transportation facility or travel allowance (TA/DA) will be provided to candidates.
Decisions regarding training, transfer, posting, and termination made by the management are final and not subject to challenge in any court or judiciary.
